Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute Synder’s SEO strategy across technical, on-page, off-page, and AI-search optimization.
•Drive organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and search-generated pipeline contribution.
•Build and optimize content structures designed to appear in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar tools).
•Conduct keyword and topic research focused on accounting, e-commerce, and fintech audiences; produce pillar pages, topic clusters, and FAQ content with the Content team.
•Run regular site audits, fix technical issues affecting search performance, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical SEO improvements.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
•Proven track record growing organic traffic and rankings in a competitive niche.
•Working knowledge of LLM/AI search optimization (GEO/AEO) and how AI tools surface/cite content.
•Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog (or similar).
•Familiarity with HTML, structured data formats (schema markup), or Markdown is a must.
