Personal Banker Associate II - Schaumburg East

Develop relationships with retail and small business customers by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessments to understand current and future needs. Promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, execute cross-selling, and support outside sales activities using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Partner with business teams (mortgage, small business, commercial, investment) to refer customers, meet production goals, and deliver an excellent customer experience while following risk and compliance policies.
