Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned projects from planning through completion, building and maintaining detailed project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • •Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and cross-team dependencies, including escalation paths to prevent delays.
  • •Coordinate across IT, Security, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to align deliverables and resolve cross-segment dependencies.
  • •Maintain visibility into project milestones, status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and scope/timeline changes; provide concise updates to senior stakeholders.
  • •Host regular syncs to manage communications, clear blockers, and drive timely decisions and escalations when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in technical project management in SaaS or technology companies.
  • •Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical and data projects with multiple dependencies.
  • •Comfort working with Security and IT teams and understanding technical concepts (APIs, integrations, data flows, architecture dependencies, software delivery processes).
  • •Ability to turn ambiguous initiatives into structured execution plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Experience using AI and automation tools to optimize day-to-day project workflows; familiarity with project/collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
