Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with acceptance, onboarding, administration, and disposition of fiduciary managed real estate assets in accordance with Huntington policies and fiduciary standards.
  • •Maintain accurate asset records and manage collection, organization, retention, and filing of real estate documentation.
  • •Process incoming correspondence and real estate transactions (rental income, expenses, invoices) for officer review and approval.
  • •Coordinate with third-party service providers (property management companies, appraisers, environmental consultants, insurance representatives, contractors) and serve as the liaison between Huntington and vendors.
