Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end demand-to-value pipeline for Workplace AI: intake, shaping, prioritization, buy/build recommendation, rollout, adoption, and value measurement.
•Lead buy-versus-build decisions, including market scans, vendor evaluation, recommendation development, and rollout ownership for purchased solutions.
•Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, decision-ready use cases and a prioritized portfolio of AI opportunities.
•Define baselines, success metrics, and ROI cases that demonstrate post-deployment solution performance.
•Build, lead, and develop the team responsible for demand shaping, triage, and business-facing execution at scale.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 280,000 - 420,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years in business transformation, product, strategy, operations, enterprise technology, or related leadership roles.
•5+ years leading cross-functional programs or transformations requiring influence with senior stakeholders and driving behavior change, including direct people-management experience.
•Substantive technical fluency in modern AI and generative AI to assess vendor claims, shape technically realistic use cases, and hold credible technical conversations with engineering.
•Ability to distinguish generative AI from traditional ML by technical risk, skill requirements, cost, and timeline, and apply it to prioritization and staffing decisions.
•Track record translating business needs into deployed technology solutions with measurable business impact, including ROI/KPI framework definition and build-versus-buy judgment.
