Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure new hires meet all safety policies and expectations.
  • •Manage the onboarding experience from day 1 to 60 days (or until qualified), including weekly meetings with new hires and supervisors.
  • •Administer, track, and evaluate new-hire floor training (hours, qualification status, attendance, turnover) and foster relationships.
  • •Supervise and provide hands-on training, and recommend to management/HR regarding training needs, concerns, and continued employment.
  • •Meet onboarding KPI expectations, participate on HR and company committees, and support continuous improvement/problem-solving initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bilingual is required.
  • •High school diploma/GED; associate’s degree or two years of college coursework in Communications, HR, or similar preferred.
  • •Previous training experience is preferred, and you must be knowledgeable in the duties of the specific department.
  • •Excellent organizational, time-management, and professional communication skills with a positive, people-focused demeanor.
  • •Must be willing to work in a plant/industrial environment and have a strong attendance record in good standing.
