Plant Human Resources Manager

Lead all HR functions for the Aurora, OH facility, aligning people practices with plant operational goals and corporate standards. Partner with the Plant Manager and department leaders to improve employee experience, manage employee relations and policy administration, and support recruiting and onboarding. Drive compensation, benefits, performance management, safety/HR compliance, payroll accuracy, and HR operations while coordinating corporate HR programs and initiatives.
