Job Summary

Lead the APAC Services organization by translating the global services strategy into local execution. Oversee implementation, partner solutions, and technical client support, while resolving recurring BAU escalations and feed enhancements. Build and mentor a distributed regional team, establish KPIs for service predictability and customer satisfaction, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering to integrate regional client needs into the global roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary leader for the APAC services organization, aligning with the global services strategy.

•Implement and manage local operational models to address and resolve recurring client escalations.
•Build and mentor a regional team for complex, data-intensive implementations and ongoing support.
•Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Global Services to integrate regional client needs into the global roadmap and establish KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10+ years of experience in professional services in a high-growth, data-intensive SaaS or fintech environment.
•Proven track record in regional leadership, including managing distributed teams across APAC.
•Deep expertise in complex implementation methodologies, partner services models, and technical client support.
•Strong analytical skills focused on metrics-driven performance and operational excellence.
•Ability to resolve recurring escalations while balancing long-term strategic initiatives.
