Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections with proper documentation in accordance with DOT guidelines.
  • •Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment and monitor vehicle gauges during operation.
  • •Maintain accurate mileage logs and adhere to dispatch instructions, laws, and company safety procedures.
  • •Perform minor servicing and maintenance; escalate major issues to supervisors and keep vehicles clean and organized.
  • •Learn operational skills with mixer trucks, maintain attendance, and complete assigned tasks as directed by management.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Must obtain a CDL B Permit from the local DMV.
  • •At least 18 years of age and able to obtain a valid CDL permit.
  • •Successful completion of DOT physical, drug screening, and criminal background check; possession of a valid DOT medical card.
  • •Maintain a current driver’s license meeting state and company requirements (CDL, Class B) and meet MVR standards.
