Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage end-to-end workplace investigations, from intake and planning through evidence analysis and reporting.
  • •Ensure investigations are conducted with confidentiality, impartiality, and respect for privacy.
  • •Identify root causes and systemic weaknesses in processes, policies, or controls, and recommend improvements to SOPs, standards, and documentation.
  • •Provide legal advice and guidance on compliance matters to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Employee Relations, Legal, and business teams, and support ethics training, guidance materials, and communications.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience conducting workplace investigations (Ethics & Compliance, Employee Relations, Legal, HR, or relevant government agencies).
  • •Strong understanding of workplace standards and investigation practices, including procedural fairness and case management fundamentals.
  • •Ability to conduct internal investigations (whistleblower, fraud, and misconduct) with discretion and confidentiality.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • •Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work effectively across functions and international teams.
