Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy the risk and control framework within assigned solution lines by documenting risks and controls, running RCSAs, and maintaining the control library.
  • •Execute control testing and quality assurance using sampling, evidence review, and root cause analysis of defects and control failures.
  • •Drive remediation with process owners by agreeing corrective and preventive actions, tracking closure, and validating sustained effectiveness.
  • •Prepare operations teams for internal audits and external certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 1 / SOC 2) with evidence packs, mock audits, and auditor walkthroughs.
  • •Define and maintain quality standards, error taxonomy, and QC checklists aligned to enterprise and client requirements; embed requirements into transitions and go-live readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO 9001 Internal / Lead Auditor credentials.
  • •CIA, CISA, or COPC certification (preferred).
  • •12+ years of experience, including 8+ years in risk, quality, or audit within GCC / shared services.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design and test process-level controls within risk and control frameworks.
