Key Responsibilities

  • •Process servicing activities for commercial bilateral loans in alignment with internal policies, documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and procedures.
  • •Review assigned work for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and appropriate supporting documentation to meet SLAs and quality expectations.
  • •Research and resolve routine to moderately complex discrepancies through document review, system comparison, and payment or amortization review.
