Job Summary

Own the customer experience from estimate through on-site delivery by coordinating sales orders through engineering, submittals, production scheduling, transportation, and final delivery. Serve as the main point of contact for customers and vendors, monitor costs and contract compliance, and lead change order proposals. Balance customer needs and internal operations while problem-solving proactively to keep projects on schedule and improve processes in CRH facilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the “voice of the customer” in OI facilities and manage assigned sales orders.
•Run turnover/kickoff meetings at the point of sale to confirm scope, review estimates, and begin scheduling with production aligned to the customer ship date in AX.
•Act as the main customer point of contact, keeping customers updated from production through on-site delivery.
•Provide direction and oversight across engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting.
•Prepare change order proposals and proactively monitor project progress, remove obstacles, and coordinate site visits as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required (Civil Engineering preferred).
•3+ years of project management experience.
•Ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
•Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
