Job Summary

Support business rates check and challenge submissions by reviewing rental and property data, creating comparable bundles using Analyse, and transferring information into valuation templates. Collect floor plan and measurement information (GIA/NIA), identify gaps for site inspection, and organize evidence in WSP’s filing system with auditable version control. Perform factual accuracy checks, populate submission templates, track deadlines via GLHIMS, and coordinate internally with surveyors and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Review rental data and submit checks via internal processes.
•Transfer data into valuation templates and follow team processes.
•Collect property and assessment data, including creating comparable bundles in Analyse when needed.
•Source, extract, and tabulate floor areas (GIA/NIA), flag missing or unclear measurements, and help update measurement schedules after surveys/inspections.
•Gather, organise, and upload supporting evidence into the WSP filing system with clear version control, and assist with factual accuracy checks and submission templates, including deadline tracking in GLHIMS.

Key Requirements

•Review rental data and input it into GLHIMS.
•Collect and organize property and assessment data, including comparable bundles using Analyse.
•Support floor area and measurement work (GIA/NIA), sourcing plans/surveys and flagging missing information for clarification or inspection.
•Gather and structure evidence for checks/challenges (leases, rent reviews, completion statements/dates, photos/plans, correspondence) in a consistent, auditable format.
•Complete factual check templates by comparing data against client records and logging factual issues for senior review with supporting evidence referenced.
