Key Responsibilities

•Work on roadway design for interstate/highway projects and mega-projects, including Design/Build or Alternative Delivery.
•Utilize Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads for roadway design work and modeling.
•Perform roadway design calculations including superelevation, stopping sight distance (SSD), decision sight distance (DSD), and acceleration/deceleration lanes.
•Collaborate across levels (junior to senior) on complex highway project delivery and integration with DOT requirements.
•Contribute as a CAD designer or roadway modeler within a multidisciplinary team.

•BS in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
•Junior level: BS in Engineering + 2+ years of related experience.

•Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience.
