Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on roadway design for interstate/highway projects and mega-projects, including Design/Build or Alternative Delivery.
  • •Utilize Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads for roadway design work and modeling.
  • •Perform roadway design calculations including superelevation, stopping sight distance (SSD), decision sight distance (DSD), and acceleration/deceleration lanes.
  • •Collaborate across levels (junior to senior) on complex highway project delivery and integration with DOT requirements.
  • •Contribute as a CAD designer or roadway modeler within a multidisciplinary team.

  • •BS in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
  • •Junior level: BS in Engineering + 2+ years of related experience.

  • •Senior level / task leads: BS in Engineering + 10+ years of related experience.
  • •Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience.
