Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6 by observing and meeting individual needs, helping prepare an orderly learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides and the team to create a calm, engaging classroom community. Grow within the Montessori approach through fully sponsored diploma training and ongoing mentorship.
