Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in cost estimation, measurement, and contract administration for electrical works in building projects.
  • •Support the preparation of estimates, quantities, and cost plans under supervision.
  • •Review survey data and ensure accuracy of measurements and reports.
  • •Coordinate with survey teams to collect and validate data for project budgeting.
  • •Contribute to cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying
  • •Minimum 5-8 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in electrical systems
  • •Knowledge of cost estimation software and MS Excel
  • •Familiarity with electrical systems in building projects (lighting, power distribution, low voltage systems)
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
