Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite and present commercial and consumer loans for approval.
  • •Manage loan portfolio (lines of credit, term loans, and real estate loans).
  • •Conduct annual reviews and handle renewals and increase requests.
  • •Ensure timely payment of loans in the portfolio.
  • •Negotiate terms and conditions with existing borrowers and close renewals/increases according to approved terms and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year college degree (or equivalent) plus 5 years related experience and/or training, and 5 years related management experience (or equivalent combination).
  • •Broad knowledge of accounting, business administration, finance, marketing, and related fields.
  • •5 years lending experience; 5 years experience with banking, investment, or economic analysis.
  • •2 years’ experience using Microsoft Word and Excel; intermediate spreadsheet and word processing skills.
  • •General computer skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
