Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, implement, and maintain a standardized Project Delivery Methodology (phases, gates, deliverables, templates, and reporting).
  • •Oversee project governance and facilitate formal Stage Gate reviews to ensure critical criteria are met.
  • •Conduct periodic health checks and audits to ensure adherence to the methodology and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop and manage a standardized project risk management framework, including identification, assessment matrices, and mitigation planning.
  • •Administer and enable project tools (PMIS/EPPM), manage documentation repositories, and drive change management related to new processes and roles.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Mandatory Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
  • •6–8 years of project and program management experience.
  • •At least 3 years leading or working in a PMO/CoE function focused on organizational process change.
  • •Experience driving governance, project delivery standards, and portfolio/process enablement.
