Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver Appspace Intranet configurations for new and existing customers, delivering configuration, content setup, and preparation for go-live.
•Serve as the primary implementation resource, setting clear expectations with internal teams to communicate to customers, managing timelines, and maintaining strong communication with the organization throughout each engagement.
•Configure and validate Appspace Intranet environments to meet each customer’s specific structural, design, and content requirements.
•When required, deliver tailored onboarding sessions and training to customer administrators and content managers, enabling self-sufficiency post-launch.
•When required, consult on intranet best practices including information architecture, content governance, navigation design, and user experience to set customers up for long-term success.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or administering intranet or internal communications platforms (Appspace, SharePoint, Igloo, SharePoint, or similar).
•Familiarity with workplace management solutions—space reservation, room/desk booking, digital signage, or related tools.
•Experience with platform migrations—moving content, structure, and permissions from one system to another.
•Basic technical literacy in at least one of: C#, cloud service platforms, or NoSQL/document databases.
•Strong attention to detail with experience performing structured QA validation of content or system configurations.
