Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete three one-year rotations across accounting teams, learning from industry experts and senior managers.
  • •Contribute to departmental day-to-day activities and deliver real projects that create value for the business and customers.
  • •Support initiatives such as process transformation, providing financial support to the business, and developing MI for management.
  • •Study toward a globally recognised accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA) designed to complete by the end of the rotational programme.
  • •Participate in the hybrid office requirements, including full-time office work at the beginning of the scheme for training and networking.

Key Requirements

  • •Indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK, with at least three consecutive years’ UK residence and no sponsorship requirement.

  • •At least 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Level subjects (or equivalent).
  • •A minimum C/4 grade in both English and Maths at GCSE level (or equivalent).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build working relationships.
