Key Responsibilities

•Lead the resolution of complex engineering challenges within the Jasper product from design through release.
•Work in C++ on a large-scale code base, along with scripting languages, as part of the Jasper R&D team in an innovative, supportive environment.
•Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers, helping distribute and manage technical tasks
•Contribute to design reviews and architectural decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable software
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams around the world to deliver Jasper features on schedule

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering/Math/Statistics field with 4+ years in software
•Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms with emphasis on performance and scalability
•Solid object-oriented design principles and patterns
•Proficiency in modern C++
•Good written and spoken English with strong communication skills
