Oversee environmental, health, and safety across on-site data center construction, ensuring compliance with OSHA and Black Box safety programs. Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day EHS operations by applying established PMO standards, processes, and methodologies.
•Ensure safety excellence on-site by implementing and enforcing OSHA-aligned policies and Black Box’s Safety Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
•Inspect facilities to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation.
•Maintain EHS documentation, including audits, inspections, Pre-Task Plans (PTP), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
•Participate in accident and injury investigations and support preparation of materials for hearings, lawsuits, and insurance cases.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of construction industry experience in a similar role, with experience in large structured cabling and/or data center construction preferred.
•Experience developing and implementing safety programs and conducting hazard mitigation activities on large-scale construction projects.
•Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations and Black Box’s IIPP.
•Develop, implement, and deliver safety and orientation training programs.
•Maintain safety documentation including audits, inspections, Pre-Task Plans (PTP), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
