Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance of heating energy supply installations, including operative breakdown service, repairs, and maintenance/inspection
  • •Document maintenance activities in the CAFM system (Paledo)
  • •Analyze fault and damage causes and derive suitable repair measures, including prioritization
  • •Monitor technical building equipment using building management systems and adjust system controls/programs
  • •Conduct energy data monitoring (capture, document, and prepare consumption data) and support maintenance coordinators with oversight of external services

Key Requirements

  • •Completed trade/vocational training with several years of relevant work experience
  • •Additional qualification for operating technical building systems (e.g., boiler operator) and/or qualification for pressure vessel inspection
  • •Experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
  • •Knowledge of and experience operating building management systems and CAFM systems (SAP PM, Paledo)
  • •German language proficiency in speech and writing
