Lead Harvey’s people analytics program by shaping the long-term data strategy, building the workforce data layer from scratch, and delivering actionable insights across recruiting, onboarding, engagement, retention, and performance. Partner with Data Engineering, Security, and HR systems to unify Workday, Ashby, Envoy, Culture Amp, and more; empower leaders with AI-enabled, self-serve dashboards and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Build a cohesive view of Harvey's employee lifecycle across recruiting, onboarding, engagement, performance, mobility, retention, and exits into a single, actionable narrative.
•Own the vision and roadmap for Harvey's people data infrastructure, partnering to stand up the data layer in Snowflake and drive access controls and data governance.
•Consolidate workforce data across HR systems (Workday, Ashby, Envoy, Culture Amp) and build data quality frameworks for scale.
•Define and maintain Harvey's people metrics dictionary for measuring headcount, attrition, hiring, and trends.
•Design scalable frameworks and methodologies to forecast headcount, model attrition, segment the org, and benchmark against the market.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in people analytics, HR data, or workforce analytics
•Experience building people analytics functions from scratch
•Strong SQL skills and ability to validate data quality
•Hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred)
•Experience with a data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
