Principal Counsel, Litigation

Lead Netflix’s U.S. and Canada general litigation matters for a broad set of topics including contracts, copyright, trademark, defamation, right of publicity, real estate, bankruptcy, subpoenas, and personal injury. Provide pre-litigation counseling, manage litigation strategy, and collaborate closely with legal and business executives across production, licensing, consumer products, merchandising, games, advertising, and corporate teams. Work from the Los Angeles headquarters and report to the Senior Director on the general litigation team.
