Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface and coordinate with external service providers/vendors for data center operations.
  • •Own IMAC-D services and processes, including goods receipt handling and responsibility for IMAC-D.
  • •Manage data center capacity, inventory/asset management, and access management/access control.
  • •Support hardware maintenance activities and ensure data quality and reporting.
  • •Handle ticketing in ServiceNow and independently drive selected datacenter initiatives and projects, including build-up activities and coordination with facilities/construction teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in data center operations.
  • •Technical knowledge of compute, network, and storage hardware.
  • •Advanced knowledge of data center equipment and hardware maintenance.

  • •Basic understanding of power and cooling infrastructure, plus coordination of IMAC-D processes and co-location management.
