Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft correspondence and administrative documents, revise for proper form and non-technical content, and take notes at meetings.
  • •Scan, record, refer, and follow up correspondence and documentation by urgency, deadlines, and responsible staff actions.
  • •Monitor project/programme activities, budgets, and expenditures using relevant ERP system(s), and assemble material for planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • •Coordinate administrative arrangements for country/intercountry activities, including documents related to procurement, standard contracts, and duty travel.
  • •For the procurement track: prepare and process procurement documentation in ERP, track procurement actions through award/delivery/closure, and maintain audit-ready procurement/logistics/donation files.
