Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and optimize Workday HCM (Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, and Absence Management).
  • •Manage Workday security, integrations, EIBs, data loads, audits, testing, and release support.
  • •Support UKG Kronos Time & Attendance operations and troubleshoot system/integration issues.
  • •Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR decision-making.
  • •Participate in HR technology implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including coaching junior team members and supporting knowledge documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field.

  • •Knowledge of payroll and/or time and attendance systems.
