Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and sign off NAV valuations in a timely manner.
  • •Oversee day-to-day client fund accounting matters and execute fund operations including payments and investor transactions.
  • •Assist auditors and internal/external parties with queries related to valuations and reporting.
  • •Support assistant managers with ongoing queries and project work as required.
  • •Liaise with clients and internal groups (Investment Operations, GDS) and third parties, and monitor deliverable accuracy and timeliness.

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting qualification (BA or equivalent).
  • •Relevant fund accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
  • •Strong knowledge of private asset accounting for Real Estate structures.
  • •Thorough knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS, including consolidation requirements.
  • •Experience using Yardi and understanding of Luxembourg fund regulation.
