Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive inbound revenue by originating and deepening relationships with multinational corporations investing and expanding into mainland China.
  • •Take end-to-end ownership of the assigned portfolio, including strategy execution, P&L, funding, liquidity, risk control, and performance delivery.
  • •Serve as primary liaison for key overseas sites, supporting onboarding and banking services for global clients entering China and coordinating to capture FDI opportunities.
  • •Formulate and execute business strategies to acquire new-to-bank overseas corporations in China and broaden relationships with multinational subsidiaries for sustainable growth.
  • •Maintain credit standards and regulatory compliance, mitigate operational/credit/other risks, achieve KPIs, and act as first line of defense for the portfolio risk profile.

  • •Proven track record in business development, sales, and credit experience or equivalent.
  • •Extensive knowledge of banking products and services with proven industry success.
