Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate suspected cases of fraud and other illegal activities against the company, including interviewing, database inquiries, and taking statements.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field, or relevant insurance claims investigative experience (including TCR1/TCR2/CU/PIP technical and/or PIP litigation desk), or seven years of professional investigation experience involving economic or insurance-related matters.
  • •Experience handling in-person or phone statements from parties in an investigation with efficient, accurate, and courteous customer interactions.
  • •Ability to gather evidence and draw conclusions aligned to the applicable fraud investigation.
  • •Ability to organize and prioritize investigative workload and perform in stressful situations.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with state/federal regulations, and document files clearly and professionally.
