Job Summary

Principal-level product leader responsible for shaping strategy and execution for the Mixed Signal hardware portfolio. Work cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing and Sales to translate customer needs into differentiated product strategies, mentor other product managers, and own the product end-to-end from concept through lifecycle in a high-visibility role.

•Own a product area end-to-end—defining new concepts and managing lifecycle.
•Set product strategy by turning customer input, market/technology trends, and competitive insights into a vision, roadmap, and execution plan with R&D.
•Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop compelling product positioning and differentiated messaging.
•Create impactful content (white papers, presentations, videos, demos, web collateral) to drive awareness and demand.
•Mentor and guide other product managers, ensuring high-performing contributions across cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of applications/system engineering, product management, R&D, or related roles in test and measurement applications.
•NI PXI/LabVIEW experience; high-speed PXI instrumentation (Oscilloscopes/AWGs) preferred; Applications/System Engineering or R&D background is ideal
•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or mechanical engineering
•Legal authorization to work in the US - visa sponsorship will not be provided
•Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers
