Identify operational risks and help ensure appropriate external insurance coverage for Allianz Partners. Own the annual insurance coverage and service performance review, analyze results, and propose updates aligned with business needs, standards, and risk appetite. Ensure accurate insurance data in reporting systems, coordinate claims resolution with internal teams and insurers, and maintain documentation. Work in a hybrid setup with exposure to senior stakeholders and AI/data-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform the annual review of insurance coverage and service performance, analyze results, and propose necessary adaptations to coverage based on Allianz Partners needs.
•Ensure implementation of insurance coverage according to Allianz Partners standards and the risk appetite.
•Maintain completeness and accuracy of insurance data in reporting systems.
•Manage claims and coordinate their resolution with internal departments and insurers as required.
•Work effectively in an environment using AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools aligned with data governance, security, and ethical-use standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience in corporate insurance/risk.
•Experience in the insurance industry (insurer, insurance group, broker, or intermediary) with prior direct exposure to insurance.
•Experience reviewing and implementing insurance coverage aligned with standards and risk appetite.
•Hands-on claims coordination and documentation with insurers and internal teams.
•Advanced Excel and strong reporting accuracy; proficient in Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams, with clear English and German communication.
