Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead safety and sustainability improvement plans, translating them into objectives and activities.
  • •Partner with the site management team to ensure all safety-critical activities are controlled.
  • •Lead the development of strategic plans and balance short-term production demands with long-term site goals.
  • •Act as formal point of contact for environmental, health, and safety matters for internal and external parties.
  • •Ensure the factory complies with applicable safety and environmental laws and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in EHS.
  • •Strong command of Dutch (C1) and English (B2), spoken and written.
  • •Ability to communicate and translate information and advice to different company disciplines and stakeholders (management and shop floor).
  • •Build relationships and collaborate with factory employees and managers.
  • •Stress-resistant; ownership and result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
