Job Summary

Serve as the primary A220 cabin procurement representative in the U.S., bridging Mobile Final Assembly Line operations with program management in Montreal/Mirabel. You will manage Outstanding Work (OSW), parts conformity restoration, supplier operational alignment, and FAL quality/continuous improvement. Own OSW cost tracking and financial recovery with suppliers, act as the central escalation point for production-critical issues, and train/mentor cabin procurement support employees.

•Manage Outstanding Work (OSW) and drive parts conformity restoration and supplier operational alignment to ensure timely, cost-effective, high-quality completion on the assembly line.
•Serve as the central escalation point for FAL and production teams to prioritize critical issues and safeguard the production schedule.
•Own OSW cost tracking, verification, and financial validation; lead supplier commercial claims and negotiations to recover financial losses.
•Partner with conformance management to align supplier liability, analyze recurrent part damages, and deploy daily continuous improvement methodologies.
•Train, coach, and mentor cabin procurement support employees and steer complex cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.

•Deep understanding of global aerospace manufacturing ecosystems, operational rework mechanisms, and Final Assembly Line (FAL) business drivers.
•Strong negotiation and claim management skills to protect Airbus’s financial, contractual, and business interests in supplier discussions.
•High proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools to turn supplier data into dashboards and business intelligence.
