Own the growth of the Electronics category by building a high-performing team and defining a competitive category strategy. Drive GMV through merchant acquisition, incubation programs, and performance management. Build relationships with merchants and brands, negotiate commercial deals for campaign participation, and develop Joint Business Plans aligned to merchant goals. Track seller metrics (cancellation, returns, shipping lead time, customer satisfaction) and continuously improve merchant performance.
