•Manage a generally homogeneous team; adapt plans and priorities to meet production and/or operational challenges
•Manage professional employees in the department to success by coaching, reward, and recognition
•Accountable for the performance and results of a team within its discipline
•Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
•Responsible for administrative and technical management of the Commissioning Department

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s degree in Engineering
•15+ years of experience and proven leadership experience in oil and gas with major contractor or consultant
•Significant role in at least three major projects in the oil and gas or chemical process industry demonstrating broad knowledge of commissioning and start-up
•Effective communication skills and presentation skills; ability to establish confident relationships with discipline managers, engineers, and non-engineers
•Good working knowledge of English (oral and written) and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and other engineering software programs
