Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inbound transportation reception activities, coordinating unit scheduling and access with transportation providers to meet material receipt plans.
  • •Monitor material/unit flow and track critical movements using logistics systems (SAP, SAP TM, P44, YMS) while keeping operational records updated.
  • •Administer highway scale operations (báscula carretera) and manage appointments aligned to daily raw material reception programs using P44.
  • •Complete daily logs, reports, and incident records to ensure traceability of transport units and prevent entry of restricted units and/or people.
  • •Manage reverse logistics for METS loads and coordinate continuous load/unload cycles using TMS/P44.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree (TÉCNICO SUPERIOR UNIVERSITARIO or LICENCIATURA) in Commerce, Finance, Industrial, Logistics, Software, or related fields.
  • •1 year of experience in managing a highway transport yard (gestión de patio de transporte carretero).
  • •Knowledge of industrial safety and inventory management.
  • •Ability to administer and manage highway scale operations (báscula carretera).
  • •Basic English proficiency.
