Key Responsibilities

  • •Build campaign specs and go-to-market briefs for each Udemy promotion, aligning creative, channel, and lifecycle teams around a single execution plan.
  • •Partner with Pricing and Commercial Policy teams on discount guardrails, eligibility rules, and cadence caps to support promotions marketing can run confidently.
  • •Lead monitoring and daily tracking of live promotions, driving mid-course pivots when performance requires changes.
  • •Own campaign forecasting, experimentation plans, and post-campaign reporting and analysis with Data Science to inform next-cycle targeting and offer mix.
  • •Own project management from conception through completion, ensuring creative, channel activation, user experience, and performance align to promotional strategy.
