Service Technician

Perform on-site maintenance for control systems and chillers, ensuring timely, accurate reports. Collect required customer documents, diagnose issues, and recommend replacements or preventive maintenance. Handle customer technical disputes and explain current problems with practical solutions. Follow company EH&S policies and applicable local regulations, and respond promptly to internal and external requests aligned with business targets and direction from your manager.
