Job Summary

Own the operational execution of the renewals process by coordinating lifecycle steps from planning through signature. Prepare commercial readiness through account research, customer updates, stakeholder documentation, and renewal briefings. Maintain digital deal rooms and accurate CRM data (Salesforce) while coordinating quotes, CPQ requests, approvals, and contract information with Deal Desk. Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and support forecasting and continuous process improvement, including AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate operational execution of the renewal lifecycle from planning through signature, ensuring opportunities are prepared accurately and progress smoothly.
•Prepare commercial readiness by conducting account research, summarizing customer business updates, documenting stakeholder hierarchies, and creating renewal briefings.
•Manage renewal documentation by creating and maintaining digital deal rooms and organizing renewal assets so customer-facing materials are complete and up to date.
•Coordinate quotes and contracts by partnering with Deal Desk to generate quotes, manage CPQ requests, track approvals, and ensure pricing/contract information is accurate.
•Maintain Salesforce hygiene and renewal trackers, resolve billing/contracting/process issues with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement through automation and AI.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Renewals, Customer Success Operations, Deal Desk, or a related operational role within a B2B SaaS environment.
•Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple renewal activities simultaneously.
•Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and familiarity with CPQ, contract management, or subscription management tools.
•Strong analytical and research skills to gather customer intelligence and prepare actionable commercial insights.
•Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Deal Desk.
