•Operate Casa Spotify as a culturally relevant and strategically integrated platform in your market.

•Lead the local rollout and execution of Spotify Sessions and other CBS formats when applicable.
•Strengthen Spotify’s presence within the live and cultural ecosystem through consistent, high-quality operational execution.
•Contribute to local and regional objectives by connecting cultural initiatives to Spotify’s broader growth and creator strategies.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in live event production, experiential operations, project management or cultural events.
•Strong project manager with hands-on experience in production workflows and live environments.
