Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Drive best practices across architecture, CI/CD, security, and performance to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure digital solutions.
•Operate within the D&T platform model, partnering with Platform Architects, Delivery Leads, and Product Leads to co-own platform OKRs, backlog, and enforce reference architectures and guardrails.
•Collaborate closely with marketing and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while mentoring engineers and fostering continuous improvement.
•Lead the technical delivery, enhancement, and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other marketing SaaS platforms.
•Design and implement modern digital experiences using React, Java, .NET, APIs, and cloud services, enabling seamless integration with custom applications and enterprise systems.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of proven experience leading technical delivery for marketing platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other SaaS solutions.
•Hands-on expertise with React, Java, .NET, APIs, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
•Strong understanding of system integration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices.
•Ability to translate marketing and business requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing digital solutions.
•Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide engineering teams and drive innovation.
