Key Responsibilities

•Co-lead the regional migration toward a single CRM by supporting the transition to a unified platform and ensuring multichannel communication strategies are correctly translated, collaborating with global and regional teams.
•Ensure data integrity and segmentation for campaigns, defining measurement events to evaluate business impact.
•Evolve data architecture and reporting by turning complex data structures into strategic visual narratives and dashboards for regional decision making.
•Optimize data capture and partner merchant data onboarding/updating processes, interfacing with Product and Sales teams across regions.
•Design, execute, and analyze sophisticated A/B tests to improve results and translate insights into scalable automated solutions.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science or related analytical field
•At least 2 years of experience supporting business strategy or data analysis projects with metrics linked to business goals
•Advanced SQL and BigQuery skills, plus data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
•Advanced Excel skills with data modeling, complex formulas and Power Pivot
•Advanced English, fluent for daily collaboration with international teams
