Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform finance governance: own step-change in how finances are governed, closed, and reported.
  • •Standardize and govern chart of accounts and improve financial reporting and record-keeping via systems and automation.
  • •Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS for a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction group and drive timely month-end close.
  • •Strengthen group-wide internal controls, maintain IFRS accounting policies, and ensure UAE and KSA regulatory and tax compliance.
  • •Coordinate external audits and tax authorities, translate results for executive leadership, support investor reporting, and supervise/coach the finance team.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA or CA (ACA / ACCA / equivalent) plus a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • •10+ years across finance, controlling, and accounting, including experience in Big4 and/or a fast-paced consumer-tech company.
  • •Strong IFRS command with proven multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction reporting experience.
  • •Experience strengthening internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance frameworks group-wide.
  • •People leadership track record of growing a high-ownership, high-performing finance team.
