Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global development, standardization, benchmarking, and continuous improvement of FE ME operation/equipment metrics, capacity readiness processes, and BKMs across all sites.
  • •Govern Fab Manufacturing Engineering operational ground rules and ensure consistent alignment of methodologies, metrics, and best practices globally.
  • •Analyze line performance and equipment utilization (including OEE and capacity readiness) using Theory of Constraints and Lean Manufacturing to identify root causes and capability gaps.
  • •Forecast constraint-related roadblocks and work with Site Manufacturing Managers to create mitigation plans.
  • •Lead proof-of-concepts and deployment of automation and scheduling improvements, including BKM dashboards and digital reporting to improve fab productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant semiconductor engineering roles.
  • •Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, Fab Capacity Management, Equipment Utilization, and Line Management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of MES, scheduling systems, line management systems, and related production/planning reporting tools.
  • •Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) to enable automation and data-driven decision making.
