•Lead the store’s day-to-day operations and drive commercial success by managing the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales staff
•Motivate and support the in-store team to achieve targets and KPIs while delivering exemplary Pandora customer service
•Educate and influence store staff on Pandora’s brand, products, and policies to ensure strong in-store execution
•Utilize data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, implementing actions to improve store performance
•Represent Pandora as brand ambassador, ensuring a memorable in-store experience and alignment with local/global business strategies
