Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and integrate demand, supply, and market signals (e.g., FSF, SCA, business plan, RTF, constrained FSF, TAM) to identify risks, opportunities, and misalignments.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to drive resolution of forecast, supply, and planning disconnects with Sales, Revenue Operations, and business unit stakeholders.
  • •Track and report design-win pipelines and ensure they are appropriately tied into planning processes.
  • •Develop, communicate, and govern RTF recommendations and SCA compliance to support alignment across planning processes and business objectives.
  • •Prepare inputs for QBRs and executive-level reviews, and develop ad hoc analyses and reporting for business decisions and customer engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Planning/Forecasting, Finance, or Operations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • •Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and understand customer and business context to influence cross-functional alignment.
