Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Assist machine operators during setup, start-up, operation, and shutdown of production equipment; monitor machines to ensure smooth production and report abnormalities immediately.
•Support supervisors during product changeovers and shift transitions to maintain continuity of production.
•Load, unload, and transport raw materials; measure and verify materials before feeding them into the production process to maintain steady flow.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with 5S and safety standards; follow SOPs and PPE requirements.
•Assist in maintaining basic production records and support tracking of machine downtime and minor interruptions to ensure accurate communication of issues to supervisors.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or technical certificate; relevant qualification preferred
•1–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, factory, or assembly-line environment
•Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to handle manual or automated tools
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
•Ability to follow instructions, SOPs and safety procedures consistently
