Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist machine operators during setup, start-up, operation, and shutdown of production equipment; monitor machines to ensure smooth production and report abnormalities immediately.
  • •Support supervisors during product changeovers and shift transitions to maintain continuity of production.
  • •Load, unload, and transport raw materials; measure and verify materials before feeding them into the production process to maintain steady flow.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with 5S and safety standards; follow SOPs and PPE requirements.
  • •Assist in maintaining basic production records and support tracking of machine downtime and minor interruptions to ensure accurate communication of issues to supervisors.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or technical certificate; relevant qualification preferred
  • •1–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, factory, or assembly-line environment
  • •Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to handle manual or automated tools
  • •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
  • •Ability to follow instructions, SOPs and safety procedures consistently
